Satinder Pal Singh 'Esspee Singh' is a Chef, an entrepreneur and also a Hospitality Consultant who is an Alumina of the best Hotel Management School in Asia, Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal. With more than 15 years of experience in his bag, Chef Esspee started off with his culinary journey with the Leela Hotels, Palaces and Resorts as a Kitchen Executive Trainee and got the opportunity to work and gain hands on experience at various properties of their chain including Leelas Goa, Leelas Bangalore and Leelas Gurgaon. Furthermore, he then moved on to The Taj Hotels and honed his cooking skills under the leadership of many Master Chefs. During his tenure with Taj Chandigarh he was made accountable for the complete take care of the Pakistan and Indian Cricket teams during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Semi Finals held at Mohali where he also catered as the Personal Chef to the Pakistani Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani during his visit for the match.

Due to his urge towards learning and implementing new food recipes and culinary ideas that his carrier took a complete turn as he curated and groomed himself into a Pre-opening Chef and formed his own Hospitality Firm by the name of Red Mint Hospitality in 2013 and has set up as many as 44 odd Restaurants, Hotels, Lounges and Bars throughout India for clients like Ace Indian Cricketer Ashish Nehra, Janta Land Promoters Limited-Punjab, TN Salthouse Pvt Ltd etc thus well equipped with sole knowledge of setting up complete restaurant operations right from scratch as per the concept to managing the whole show.
He is now in the process of launching his very own Vegan FMCG Brand which would be 1st of its kind in India focusing on healthy nutritious Vegan Food.
