Parag Srivastava is a consummate chef with more than 27 years experience. After graduating from Institute of Hotel Management, Goa; he joined the prestigious Kitchen Management Training Programme of Oberoi Hotels- The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD). He has worked with the best hotel companies in India including Oberoi Hotels, Taj Hotels & Leela Hotels. He was instrumental in setting up the Kitchen Management Training Programme for Leela Hotels. He also headed New Product Development for Costa Coffee India. A passionate culinarian, he worked as F&B Consultant to luxury banquet/ function venue in Ludhiana- Stallone Manor. He is currently based out of Vancouver, Canada.
